Corporate Secondment

This involves 

1)       Individual assessment of company requirements in line with company directors targets, mission and aspirations

2)       Liason with sales/marketing and exposure to existing sales process/capture of business

3)       Scripting of hypnotic and unconscious influence manuscripts to be used in the sales/communication process

4)       Training of the assigned individuals in the above process – individual or group

5)       Availability of individual mentor and coaching services for the agreed period of implementation and successful application

Ad-hoc Assignments

Particular to what a company may be looking to achieve they may simply want to engage me on a daily secondment basis as part of the team to bring in my knowledge and experience of business communication, hypnotic and persuasion techniques and unconscious influence to particular aspects of their business personnel. An example of this may be a Management Consultant or Director of a business simply wanting to increase their communication effectiveness.

Bear in mind that I have perfected and condensed many thousands of hours of real testing and experience to give you a number of simple templates you can simply pick up and start to use to make your communication very powerful and influencing.

Individual Coaching/Training

This can involve

1)       Direct personal coaching with individuals – to increase sales, increase confidence, remove stress and teach basic methods of unconscious influence, persuasion and communication

Some individuals within an organisation who may have already proven themselves to be very good salespeople may have lost their way a little, lost confidence in themselves and not be performing. They may simply need individual attention that a manager or director simply doesn't have the time to devote to them, that's where can I can be brought in to help you and get them back on track. 

Group Coaching/Training

This involves

1)       Direct group coaching/training with individuals – to increase sales, increase confidence, remove stress and teach basic methods of unconscious influence, persuasion and communication

Fees

My fees are relative to what service you are looking to take - as a rule of thumb, my daily rate is a nominal £650 per day in line with most business professionals (£65 per hour for personal clinic appointments). Secondments or retention contracts can potentially attract a more attractive rate dependent on the agreed number of days investment. The above daily rate does not include VAT or expenses that may be incurred (i.e. hotels, travel etc;)
